Terms of Service

1. Registration & Access: To access Social Authority, users must have an active subscription and a secure account. Registration can be completed via Google Authentication or a direct Email/Password setup. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities and actions performed under your account.

3. Intellectual Property:

• Platform: The source code, design, logos, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of Social Authority.
• Your Content: All content generated through our AI tools (articles, posts, strategies) belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over the final output produced by our clients.

4. Payments & Subscriptions:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit or debit card information.
• Renewals: Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Authority) renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime via the User Guide tab. Cancellation stops future charges; however, we do not offer refunds for periods already utilized.

5. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
